Dragon Age: Origins - Shale

NOTE: Please do not post spoilers in your comments about Shale's story, I don't want to have to delete them.

Just me getting Shale. Note that this is not the entire process of getting him. I did not record the dungeon or the part where you get the control rod, just the dialogue after you activate him and a little bit after. This is a dlc, I believe it costs 15 dollars. I wouldn't know since it came with the limited edition pack, but 15 dollars for pretty much an extra character seems a bit much.

Shale is incorporated into the game very nicely, plenty of dialogue and story to him, but still, it is just one character, and I guess that dungeon, still definitely wouldn't have gotten this separately for 15 dollars though.

One of the funniest characters in the game, though all of them are pretty great.

Which quest do u have to finish to get there and im sorta playing wth the PS3 not a PC help plz

@Tigexslayer If you have the dlc to get Shale you have to visit Sulcher's Pass on the world map. A merchant over there will give you a rod, then Honnoleath appears on your map, go there to finish the quest and get Shale.

i downloaded the content and did everything u said but still i get no ma called Honnoleath :( any tips??? please :)

@ThaThreeDudes You have to go to Sulcher's Pass first and talk to the NPC there, he will give you a control rod. After that Honnoleath will appear on the map. You will have to explore around in Honnoleath for items keys. The dungeon you need to enter is to the right of Shale when you're facing him. After you complete that dungeon talk to Shale and he will join you.

@S3raphyx Thank you for helping i actually did that but i found out later that it was some kind of bug. i did check the "bar" activate the stone prisioner but i restarted the game and then it was unchecked so i checkt it and the it worked but again, thanks for trying to help :) Great tutorial By the way

@Thesorrow333 Sulcher's Pass disappears after you visit it and talk to the merchant. It's not really a map just a very very small area, kind of pointless really.

I'm not sure which area near the coast you're talking about. If it's the one in the top and center that's from the Warden's Keep DLC (or whatever it's called, don't remember). The one at the very top right is the "camp" where you can go talk to your party and rest.
