you're better off with the waxwood staff. this is pretty to watch but any real weapon would break this guys in one hit. if you keep practicing with the real thing you will get stronger and eventually be able to wield it very fast. also, a heavier weapon ecourages actual use of technique, otherwise you just get tired quickly. sorry but I'm very traditional so I am biased to the real weapons, not this stuff for show, no disrespect to dragonvalor9991.

  • @DjHazey82 my friend it is always good to get advises, thank for your comment and actually right now im doing that, im trying with heavier trichakus in order to increase my speed with this lighter one, and also the movements are quite different and simmilar at the same time, thanks for your time to apreciate and help me to improve my work. :)

  • have you posted the video of the 3 section kata yet?

  • @Xakarey09

well i think that ive got a kata however i was not mine was a kata from my school and personal i dont like it, however your comment wake me up and im going to post a kata with the previous forms and movements i had prepared by myself for the tournament

  • All i have to say is.. i wish my 3section staff was that light. i have been working with mine for bout two years and well i can say it never moves that fast in my hands...but mine is made of white wax wood and yours looks like it is made of a lightweight metal.. am i correct on that?

  • @Alexgryphon06

yes indeed, it is made of aluminium and its a little bit short than usual.

  • I do agree you should use a heavy weapon for strength and speed. Starting out though especially with flailing weapons I like to use a lighter weapon to build up confidence.

I love the song you chose to go with the weapon. It fit really well.

  • This was one the best video with san jie gun that I've seen!!

  • From 1 to another, props! very nice.
