@superluigiluigi sonic could win without the emeralds. The contest had a time limit of one minute, I exceeded it so I just ended it fast with super sonic.

@sonicXrules123 Um...I never said that without a power up, Mario could win. I even stated from the beginning that it was a power up. However, if you're going to let Sonic use his strongest power up, the Chaos Emeralds, it would only be fair to let Mario use his strongest power up, the Star from Galaxy.

@superluigiluigi so tell me, how is mario going that fast? is he going that fast on his own? or with outside help, items, ect.
Sonic doesn't need a power up to go fast. all he needs are his feet.

@sonicXrules123 Something interesting I heard from another video is that with the star from Mario Galaxy, Mario goes so fast that he breaks the color spectrum, which is a lot faster than 700 MPH. Of course, I heard this from another video, so it might not be 100% accurate. Correct me if I'm wrong.
