It doesn't cause damage unless you abuse it like an idiot, and even then, the damage is psychological, not physiological. And no shit plant based doesn't mean it's safe. If you take the title a step further, and say that you should always live with this thought "One Day I Wish To Have This Kind Of Time", then you'd never wish to have had this kind of time, cause you always accept the present and make it the best time of your life just because its the present. But knowing that you will always have times of nostalgica, because well.. thats just how man is this title is fucking genious. been thinking about it for the last 15mins
