What an absolute treat to be able to watch your dad working - really interesting stuff there and, as always, filmed in your breathtakingly beautiful style. Unique ceramics and unique filming. I've just finished watching the Earthen series and it really has been a pleasure. Thanks for sharing with the world on YouTube.

I can't find words...
So much sensuality, so much beauty. The way you filmed your dad's hands and the clay (you feel the clay, you are the clay), is magical. And the music..
Pure art!

Except from Bob Young's poem.
See how he punctures pain spots lovingly
into the surface, so the pieces were each unique. Hear how each was crackle fired
like the beginning of the earth. See him spray color on the various yous and set them free to bubble and bibble and bobble close to destruction under the flood of the waterfall with its base of rock. Some of them will have cracked and been used as a shelter by frog spawn.
