I created this a while ago, around the time when the multiple single card flippy moves were popular. I just made the tutorial recently, though. Theres nothing really original in this, its just a nice combination of moves that makes for a rather nice exercise of finger dexterity. Its also not a very hard move to do, the only difficulty is doing it fast, and making it look good. You could even argue that I havent reached that point yet :P
Anyways, to give credit where it is due, although I didnt copy the moves, I did get inspiration from a few sources. Darens sora, Kevins S&TWOTM, Hurons firefly, and Jonas gatsuuga. Slightly more taken from the last two, and there may be one or two more out there, but most of the inspiration came from here. I guess I also need to credit Tudor for the revolution, and Jeff Mcbride for around the world? Did he create that? Or was it Jeff Sheridan? Or am I just totally off?
Anyways, I was initially not going to create a tutorial for this, but I thought itd be a nice way to kick off the initiation of the UC.
**For the righties: I'm a lefty, so this video teaches the move left-handed. If you're a righty, the righty version is on vimeo, http://vimeo.com/5228678 **
isn't this move the salamander by Jeff Mcbride in Xtreme beginners 1? you just added some hand motion and closing variation...hehe:D but still, well executed..nice tutorial... :D
