You will see a picture of a seal forcefully immobilized for repeated forced exposure to sonic booms. I understand the suffering that seal was forcefully subjected to. The abuse from fighter jets overhead has been so severe it has left me stunned and it has felt like my home was exploding around me. There is documentation of heart attacks triggered from abusive sound. The U.S. Military has been infamously involved in research on aircraft sound effects on 'target' communities for over twenty years and an official U.S. Air Force website reported that research was ongoing. Step aside reports of U.S. government involved secret torture of suspected terrorists and make room for very public sound torture of susceptible civilians using military aircraft in deliberate flight paths emitting deliberate harmful sound. Below are a few sample videos I recorded of the ongoing abuse which have forcefully induced in me near continuous disabling migraines x 6 YEARS.

My educational background in Biomedical Science allows me a very good understanding of medical research literature. I've learned that the years of forcefully induced migraines from the deliberate and harmful sounds from the military aircraft, flying a deliberate and narrow path above my home, have a high probability of having caused permanent physiological damage, at the very least weakening the vessels in my head, leaving me at high risk for an incapacitating or fatal stroke at any time.
Some viewers of my videos on YouTube have sent me abusive/hate filled messages. I read those messages and I wonder how
many painful flights it would take for them to drop to their knees. I wonder if it would cure their arrogance/ignorance/cowardice... Could it teach them empathy? Besides a verbally abusive message, YouTube member 'rarebasses' posted the following message to one of my videos: "this is nothing more than a C-5 cargo plane turning for landing. THe loud sound at the end are the engines reving for landing to compensate for the flaps and gear".
My reply is: LANDING WHERE??? My home is NOT near any airport. Check out the distances yourself from Spring Terrace, San Antonio, Texas to the nearest Air Force Bases and airport runways able to accomodate this size aircraft: Lackland AFB, Randolph AFB, San Antonio International Airport http://maps.google.com/
Abusive/harmful aircraft sound is such an important public health concern that FAA gives it substantial coverage on its website. FAA has kept a 1976 report on this subject on its website:

Page 47: "All of these operational procedures designed to provide noise relief have been the subject of formal consultation between the FAA, the EPA and the Secretary of Transportation. That consultation process has been completed and the FAA has taken final action to implement these operational procedures".
Pages 13 through 15: Standardized method of measuring aircraft noise and "People's reactions to noise differ widely". There are two important measurements:
EPNdB (Effective Perceived Noise Level) is the measurement of noise generated by a single aircraft and takes into account:
1. The sound energy received by the human ear
2. The known effect on humans to the amount of sound energy received
3. Pure tones/screeches in the noise increase the EPNdB value
4. Duration of the noise
NEF (Noise Exposure Forecast) is the measurement of cumulative noise exposure. It is the more important measurement of
aircraft noise when there are multiple aircraft involved over a given period of time. This measurement is calculated using:
1. Number of aircraft involved
2. Type of aircraft involved
3. Noise characteristics of each aircraft
4. The flight paths of the aircraft
5. The time of day of the individual flights
6. Operator's use of the aircraft at the time
NOTE: Each increase of 10 EPNdB affects humans as a doubling of the loudness.
NOTE: Night time aircraft noise increases the NEF value.
There are aircraft operating procedures for pilots to follow to minimize abusive sound levels. This means pilots are fully aware of what to do to maximize harmful sound from their aircraft.
Page 32: "There remains a critical role for local authorities in protecting their citizens from unwanted aircraft noise..."
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR ABUSIVE PILOTS.
