  • I don't know... I ate a high fruit diet raw vegan for three months and it really hurt my teeth and made me feel like I just couldn't eat enough... but, that's just me... Maybe I didn't do it right, but I definitely feel adding a little more fat to my diet has helped me feel more balanced.

  • @FoodFogGal yes... everyone is different.. harley eats fats as well.. nuts and seeds.. but for his own training and such fruits is his staple...thanks for sharing!!!

  • @blade004 And fair play to him

  • Raw Food Personal Trainers?. In other words "I have no qualifications" and I make money off YouTube.

  • i been reading alot of comments and watched alot of DurianRiders videos,i don't like how DR is so sure of a mostly fruit diet & attacks people.DR is young and lacks wisdom! Lets see how DR looks at 40 after a mostly fruit diet. i myself don't do well on a mostly fruit diet. Also David Wolfe has helped alot of people,me included. By the way i don't find DR girlfriend attractive,i dnt think shes a very nice person inside! Ugly person inside is a ugly person on the outside!

  • @redmeatheart ,why are you a fan of DR if he blocked you for a simple suggestion ??

  • lmao harley is grilling the banana when he pulls it out, not even listening to what hes saying

  • "makes sense but dosen't make alot of dollars" LMFAO soooo true! good one man keep telling the truth man con-men can't handle that shit cus they lose money especially when people don't rely on them n their products for optimal health anymore..

  • @1965simonfellows What a stupid bet! If he's vegan then why would he intentionally eat an animal product? That's not what vegans do.

  • Well Squire I beg to differ.

And i'll make you a bet and it's done on basically you being truthful.I will wager you as i have another vegan i know that (i'll need to know your age now please..my email is supachramp at yahoo dot com ) within a certain time period you will have intentionally eaten an animal product..meat fish insects honey dairy..what have you $100US is what i'll pay you if during that time frame you haven't intentionally eaten these things.Need to know how long you'vebeen v

  • @simonfellows The difficulty for vegans is the heightened sense of intimate connectedness we feel for life, ALL life, for many vegans including myself the dilemma arises when we see others causing unnecessary suffering, what do we do, what would you do upon seeing someone e.g. beating a dog, a child?

Jesus said "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends"

I believe ur accusation is misplaced, as vegans distance themselves from causing unnecessary suffering.
