May 28, 2008:

On May 27 2008, the BC Supreme Court decided that InSite MUST remain open as its illegality is unconstitutional. Libby Davies asks Conservative Health Minister Tony Clement not to appeal the decision, he responds that it is not up to him to appeal. On May 29th, he issued the order to appeal the decision. See:

  • LOL! It's been a year since anyone commented here and YOU are NOW on this rant???

    ...now THAT'S mature! LOL!

...go back to your high, now. Obviously, "reality" is a little more than you can handle.

  • That's funny because I've only read one comment by you and I'm already sick of your BS. What's with all their cheering? Aren't they trying to hold a fucking session? How about a little maturity

  • It's good that the NDP are sticking up for drug addicts and criminals. Too bad these groups don't usually vote.

  • Good for Tony Clement! I'm NOT a conservative, have never been a conservative (although I was once a member of the NDP), and I am SICK of the BS!

End the lies and deception! Non-addicts and addicts can NOT peacefully co-exist when the addicts are free to skytrain anywhere in the city, commit more crimes to feed their habits, then go back to insite for safe haven. YOU ARE AIDING AND ABETTING INCREASED PROPERTY AND VIOLENT CRIME AND YOU SHOULD BE CLOSED!
