Let's face it. Modern capitalism is as totalitarian as the much-loathed communist regimes. In fact it's worse because it has much better technology to spy on people and it uses seduction rather than terror to make people obedient. At least in the Soviet Union people knew what they were dealing with. While here many people think it's in their interest to live like happy sheep.

It's disturbing and sad that Florida has seen yet another blight on its history by housing a town built by Disney. Sweet Jesus, wasn't Jeb Bush enough of a burden on that poor state?! Disney is highly overrated artistically and more image conscious than anyone or anything I have ever laid eyes on in my life or ever will as long as I live.

We Americans like to deceive ourselves. We get to vote for the Senator, Congressman or President that is on the Ballot. Our "free elections" are the result of who the Corporations allow us to vote for. In the old Soviet Union the Communist Party chose the Politboro candidates, in America the "Capitalist Party" chooses the candidates. Former Soviets AND current Americans have equally "free" elections. The game is rigged...

The "Disney" channel is full of shows about vapid, sneaky, lying children who are materialistic and do everything possible to pull the wool over their parents eyes. i think parents don't even monitor it because Disney has theat kid-friendly reputation. I have personally seen well behaved children act like spoiled snots within minutes of watching an episode of Hannah Montana. A smart parent will boycott that station, and anything with a laugh track.

oh i forgot that they had "celebraton" florida in this documentary , too bad this was made before all the horrific murders happened there and before crime skyrocketed there, that would have made this doc even better ,

but i guess the idea of a corporation owning a town is creepy enough especially one like disney, ,even before the gruesome murders happened there

Disney has a history of propaganda-fabrication for the State (anyone remember Donald Duck and The Nazis?) and is becoming increasingly sexualized towards children. Meaning the media that's released is seducing CHILDREN into becoming more sexual. 7 billion people and counting. The successes of the porn industry and it's moral issues (not the sex, but the woman's issues). People need to reduce reproduction and this obsession with sex (to a more healthy interest in it) and here we have Disney now?
