my left shoulder recently froze up and a couple of years ago i went through rehab for the right one. after 3 days of this exercise i think that it may save me months of disability and going through the too frequent unexpected episodes of excruciating pain involved with it.

Hey, I couldn't quite catch the e mail adress. So I'm texting here instead.
I've had frozen shoulder for 1 year and 6 months. But when I got it I got wrong diagnosis, and I kept hurting it more, so the first 3-4 months was a real nightmare, and any slight movement was a lot of pain, especially in the morning. Now It's not any pain, and I've started working out, but I'm worried I'll hurt it since I keep adding more and more weights, e worried? Should I do these exercises now too or?

I have frozen shoulder and I tried the first move on this video and ended up in excruciating pain. I don't recommend this... Go see a physical therapist.

these were amazing, getting physiotherpay has been a ridiculously long process and yet in 6 minutes of video you have managed to (over a month) halve my pain and make it possible for me to start to lift weights again, thankyou!

I have had frozen shoulder for 1 month and the pain has been unbearable until I started using 1 Panafcortelone and 1 advil in the mornings then in the evenings and do these exercises as high as I can 3 times a day now my pain has almost diminished and I feel hope to break the adhesions in my shoulder without the injections! Thank - you!

What website? I couldn't get what you said. I'm so miserable with this pain!!!!!!
You should always consult with your therapist or physician before any exercise. We don't do weight lifting in our program, so I cannot answer your question, you need to talk to someone who specializes in weight lifting for your condition. With our program, there should never be any pain. You must stop if there is any pain.

As I state very clearly when you do this or any of our other videos, if you are in pain STOP! You should see a therapist for physician before doing any exercises, this is very clear.
