@Wegason I'm sorry if I offended you, but there is a problem with the modern english languaje in wich it becomes difficult to address second person in plural, when I say "you" I meant whoever watches this video who may be searching something about the general topic. Don't be so sensitive.

This video doesn't have anything to do with Meritocracy. Youtube don't allow to post links to wikipedia. But you should -at least- have a look at Wikipedia's article on the subject and the case of Singapour's success under meritocracy's social and economics practice. That might give you a better idea. And if you are really interested in knowledge you should go to better sources than wikipedia.

You should -at least- understand and comprehend that this video, which is five years old now, is a recruitment video for a region in the game NationStates. The clue is in the description. The Meritocracy region is a government based on meritocracy, however the video is recruiting for the prefectures. It is not meant to be about Meritocracy, and the clue is in the name. Idiot.
