Yeah! i finally found the English translation of this song! hehe ( im very happy cuz im satisfied of the answer)... hehe (im also happy cuz my earlier comment regarding this song is correct!) haha

So this song is about an Unrequited Love, eh? ["Too Love" reads more like 걸오 (Gurl Oh) theme... unrequited love...] hehe i can finally appreciate this song. The singer's interpretation of the song is great! nice vocals!
