  • So which product would you suggest for moisturize?

  • @elgransr I like Shea moisture's curl and style milk or Miss Jessies Buttercreme

  • Thanks for the review, I've been thinking about using it but its so expensive.

  • @trees9112 It is a little pricey but the Sally's Beauty generic version is pretty much the same for a bit cheaper.

  • Tea tree is not meant to necessarily moisturize but to cleanse impurities and adds shine. Its so expensive because it is really made for a relaxing shampoo in the salons/schools of Paul Mitchell. You ask for a tea tree experience and its like a 10 min shampoo that leaves you relaxed.

  • Giovanni Tea Tree is also very good. You can also buy Tea Tree oil at your local drug/supermarket/Natural grocer for about 8 bucks. Add some to your hair before shampooing. I use it for my skin. Also extra virgin olive oil from a super market works well if you leave in over night and wash the next morning. Using a moisturizing shampoo is very helpful for moisture. I am transitioning from relaxed to natural, so it's hard to treat 2 different hair types at once. BTW you have beautiful skin! :)

  • I love Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Conditioner :) but way too expressive I only used it about 3xs. My boyfriend actually used to buy it for himself haha.

  • @nimaicupel No problem. If it's just on the hairline it could possibly be from a skincare product as well. I know sometimes if I use silicone based products on my hair my acne flares up.

  • @onyxbeauty1988 Thanks a ton pretty!! I also think it's caused by some kind of irritant since i only have it in the hairline (almost at the forehead) =(
