my elite is 5 yrs old, im lucky i havent gotten this =) A long time ago i got a yellow or blue light.... u guys know anything about that??

TRY THE Q-TIP FIX,IT WORKED FOR ME

E74 is casued by the GPU solders coming off the GPU (or CPU in rare cases)

I had one red light come on my elite the other day. It had E74 error on the screen. I called xbox and they said if it's 1 or 3 lights they will fix for free as they have extended the warranty to 3 years on 1 and 3 red lights. I'm in the UK. Mine left for Germany this morning to get fixed.
My elite is 2 years old.

It just happened to me. So now i have it in my room with a huge fan in front of it seeing if it will cool off... idk what else to do.. tell me! lol
