Water Fasting Day 3

It is day 3 the final day of my water fast.

I am doing a 3 day water fast to jump start my overall health. My ultimate goal has been to get down to my old weight which is 115 pounds, so that means I need to loose only about 20 pounds to do that. Watch me shrink back to the old me! Current weight, 134 to 115 Height 5"4" Tall.
I am looking for a great way to enhance & restore my health & I think I have found a solution.
Drinking water only, no food, is what I will be doing

@sogirlgems I remember when I did a water fast, I did some walking, but nothing too strenuous. It made me feel energized. BTW, Love your vids, and you have a beautiful family!

Girl, I don't know how you do it. But you are doing it. I am so weak. for sweet, I have to lose 20 pounds. I will get started at the end of the year. You look great girl..☺
