It is loud, but does wonders for EGT's. If you tow at all then you gotta get it. (its the same as a 4" but louder)

MKO Diesel. No need for stainless, exhaust gets hot enough to burn off any moisture.

Im looking into a truck like your and i was wondering how much money do you pay a month on fuel?

I do alot of driving and towing. I would have to say i spend around $150 to fill up anywhere from 33 to 37 gallons. With the price varying. I would say i spend around $220 a week on fuel and dont forget repair costs. Everything is expensive to repair or buy parts for on this truck. You save alot of money if you DIY. If you dont tow alot of drive alot there are many that only fill up once a month! so it depends on how much u drive tow. I avg around 13 MPG Mixed driving/towing. Hope that helped
