wow, uh he was the head of state for a very wealthy middle eastern country, with top academics and universities in the region. The money was from his central bank, which the money he accepted when he sold his oil, which he used to profits from to directly pay, you see the more US dollars he has in his reserve, the more the currency is worth paying for school teachers, college student stipends, oil worker paychecks. No WMD that bush accused saddam of having were found.
