Bachmann 37 fitted with an ESU v4 decoder with a modified sound program separating the revving of the engine from the loco's movement. This allows more control of how much ''thrash'' you can apply at any speed step. Loco start up and brake release is as in a standard sound project. F2 is two tone. F3 is single tone. F4 a short burst of power(non-latching). F5 medium power(latching) and F6 full power(latching). In this video the loco is of course not moving at all! The sound quality of my camera mic is pretty rubbish, but you can get the idea.
