Ambient Song #8 [ Red / Green / Yellow Looping Guitar]

Found some good sounds using the Empress Vintage Modified Superdelay. Used it for the reverse delay, and the Eventide Timefactor for the stereo delay. Boss RV-5 was used for reverb, and the Line 6 DL4 for looping. If you can listen, you can tell that the DL4 can only loop in mono. :facepalm:

Running through a Vox AC30 and a Fender Blues Deville. Both are mic'd with an SM57 and run into Logic Pro 9. Added a little compression in Logic, but nothing else.

@frankibiris76r i know you asked @tubescreamer here, not me, but you can get good rock tones out of either of those amps. for example, the Edge from U2 uses old AC30's alongside old fenderbassmans (off of which the Deville is based) and many many bands play one or the other of those two amps. it all depends on what you mean by other styles of music, and how you define a good rock tone.
