honestly, i dont think there will be a nelena moment. i know i know! you prob dont wanna here this AGAIN cuz im about to talk about niley again,but, 1 REASON i'm a niley lover is bcuz miley & nicks love for eachother seem more strong then it was with nelena. They keep coming back to eachother as either friends, or more. Thats why i think its most likely to have a niley moment. I prob will get a few ppl replying with their opinions, but thts fine cuz i'm only stating my opinion, so u can 2 :]

jb is also in california from like aug 2nd. so who knows, they can even like hang out or something together. if she isn't in nyc by that time.
