Election Reform And Partisan Politics Pt 2

With one the most important elections in our nation's history only a few weeks away, I'm reminded that this is said for every election in our nation's history. when have you heard any pundit or candidate saying that this presidential election is of no importance? You never heard that. Years ago, John McCain fought for campaign finance reform, the "reform" never reformed anything, and now he is a victim of his own legislation. The truth is you can't reform the financing aspects of campaign, when the whole election process is rotten to begin with. Add to that, the disastrous effects of our two party system, and you have one hell of a ineffective government. Once again, showing how I have a knack of predicting events years prior to them reaching their climax, I want to show you this segment, part one of a two part series I did on my CN8 television show October 31st, 2005. Three years ago I talk about everything from labor unions process, to PACs and other 501C4 organizations corrupting the election process. All of which are coming to an ugly head in this 2008 election cycle.
