In FSX, the Virtual Airline(VA), Orbit Airlines Bombardier CRJ 700, Took off from WSSS(Changi International Airport in Singapore) and heads towards indonesia. A few minutes into the flight, at its crusing altitude of 21,000ft, its rudder suddenly turned to the left side for 10 seconds and back to normal. 10 seconds later, the rudder flipped to the right and all the way till the plane crash. Investigators found out that the defective Parker Hannifin PCU, used on olden 737, were installed accidentally into the CRJ 700. Orbit airlines was fined $500,000 after the incident!
