I'm pretty sure it takes 50 knife kills, just join a knife-only server and keep fighting. That's how I got it

where do you set the quality down?? my bf runs so crappy that i can only be medic and sniper = when medic i just thrów medic bags and revive ppl and sniper i just hide and wait until they dont move at all and get a head shot..
