This update modifies the behavior of the L42A1 to allow players to keep track of their target after firing. Keeping the mouse button pressed after a shot will prevent you from operating the bolt mechanism. Releasing the mouse button resumes normal operation.

In the start of this movie, note these things: Listen closely to the footstep sound and watch the movement speed. Also look at the player's height in relation to the ground. He's a midget taking huge steps!
The map balance really isn't too bad. Some maps are horrible - ESPECIALLY the two last ones. I also believe the new update to Karkar (I think that's right - the mine map) putting that big wall up makes it too easy for the insurgents. The new map with B at a bridge and C behind the marine spawn point is pretty bad too - I believe because they have too many open spaces that require you to be in the open to cap. You can't snipe with a shotgun, best is a kill from 4 shells at the head 30 yards away.
Because the M16 irons suck balls in CQC and them limiting the modders is pretty retarded, considering this mod wouldnt even be here if valve decided not to let modders use anything but what came with cs:s or some other source game.
You must suck using them then, besides, at close quarters using iron sights is an unnessesary delay both in shooting reaction time and switching targets...
Its unnecessary because the iron sights suck, with the 47 and 74u I can use the irons just fine in CQC to great effect. I would kick your ass any day with irons that dont suck balls or, just using the 47 or 74u irons, you can go ahead and hip fire all you want.
This reminds me a bit of Far-Cry 2, not that I even own the game. It's nice to see if you've hit something or not. Plus the bolt action skipping glitch is finally going to be fixed!
