@GiantsKnck Lets take the 2011 Giants, and put A QB like Marino, either Manning bro, Elway, Young, even Jim Kelly or Warren Moon. Put that team with any of those QBs against Joe and the 49ers and Joe would loose every time. If you have a sandlot game and no system to hide the QBs limitations who ya gonna take? a guy that has a strong arm and that is accurate, or just the guy who is accurate, Im taking the strong arm and beat your ass every time.

@LocoAullador78 listen to you guys "an old Marcus Allen" that dos'nt mean shit how old he is, maybe he was'nt what he used to be, but still was very effective - obviously because he helped the Chiefs to the playoffs and one yr made the championship.

I would of like to see Montanna get the Dolphins to the playoffs on his right arm alone and no running game like Marino did many times, or like Manning did with not very good Colts teams.

Im sorry but Joe is no better then 5 or 6 all time.

@MrCjp37 Who cares about his arm, what matters the most is his head and his intangibles the ones Marino hadnt. A QB capable of throwing long passes but not capable of throwing accurate passes is totally useless. I would like to see Marino and Elway playing in a team like the Chiefs. Yeah a lot of "off weapons": an old Marcus Allen, high q WR's JJ Birden, Willie Davis, TE Hayes and Keith Cash, In his1st season they played the AFC final (Montana played half game due to concussion).

@LocoAullador78 Even when Montana was in his prime, he won because he had a lot of Pro Bowlers on offense, and was in a new red hot system the WC offense and probably had the smartest coach ever in Bill Walsh

Joe would only trow deep if Rice or Tylor had a couple steps on their man, most of the time he just threw short and all his weapons made him look good.

Not going to say it again - Joe was a weak armed QB and could'nt hold Elway, Marino or Mannings jock strap

@MrCjp37 Yeah of course you compare a 37 or 38 year old Montana carring a lof ot injuries in his shoulders with a much younger and less injured Manning. Montana didnt win it all in KC as the same reason Jordan didnt win it all in Washington when he played there.

@lorenzodemedici1 Chad pennington and Jeff Garcia could have won 4 super bowls with those 49er teams, the system Walsh had was flawless. All his WRs and that system made him look a lot better then he was. If Joe was on the Dolphins back then could he have taken them to the playoffs as many times as Marino in that system Miami had? No, because he cant make all the throws, weak arm. But Elway, Marino, Fouts, and Manning could, because they could make all the throws, its that simple
