0 A.D. Game Preview

0 A.D. is a historically based Real Time Strategy game, currently under development by Wildfire Games, focusing on the years 500 B.C. to 500 A.D. The game will be released in two parts: the first exploring B.C. and the second A.D.

It is planned to be available for Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X as well.

The developers have said that many units on the screen at once, and large maps cause the game to lag even if your system is high spec. It'll be sorted eventually, but for now setting a population limit to about 150 will iron out all lag with a 2 player game against AI.
