um this is really bad i would recomend do it with a dark gray cause it looks like u just drew black and lowered the opacity ( and u did that ) but u need to draw ur lines much smother .

Don't forget to name your layers XD

Create a new layer and blur. it won`t affect the picture.

You need to put the black and white paint on different layers.
