If it is a problem with audio, that is a problem that occured when converting from a VOL into a usable format in editing software. There is no real way to fix it, sorry for the issue and hope it didn't cause to many problems.

i just watched a different walkthrough and the part were he first meets the cop was different so the game does change depending on what you choose, i just may get this game.

You must see this game as a diffrent game, not as a silent hill game. It's diffrent with diffrent game play. And the story is good, more realistic. It's a diffrent story, but it's just as good.
