This "per-inquiry" or P.I. television commercial for Simplex Diabetic Supply was designed by Last Second Media in Las Vegas. It is a great example of direct awareness where the brand is just as important as the offer. With deference to seniors, this spot is closed captioned and improved with audio dialogue replacement (ADR) Shot in high definition at 24 frames per second, the spot is crafted toward the 9 million diabetic users on Medicate. To 'hear' the message and 'see' it's effects, director and producer, Frank Pournelle engaged a closed pharmacy and restocked the shelves from a 99 cent store. (Donated later to a homeless charity) Empowering rural diabetics, this spot was created for Diabetic Care Club.
