It may have been the most humane way of doing it 2000 years ago, but nowadays you can easily overcome the second of pain and suffering you're submitting the animal to with a stun gun.

I've a question: One time, you said that every animal bows to the word of God. Does the animal bows automatically, if it listen to the quran recitation or is it able to decide to submit to these words?
