Wait, this is random but weird... In my country the "Flora" margarine with the heart at the back of the name of the product is called "Becel", and we have another margarine called "Flora", with a very different packaging. Interesting...

@nEn113 Good tip, but watch out! Having more than 1tbsp of flax seeds a day is actually toxic! So be careful while getting your O3s:)

Thanks for the Flaxseeds advice. My mom hates everything that is seafood, fish, whatever. However, she has Flaxseeds every day in her yoghurt.

I love the hostess of these shows. She's so charming.
Haha I just couldn't stop laughing at myself when she started listing the amounts of calories you'd have to eat to get your omega 3. I can't believe I actually bought that stuff! Guess I'm gonna have to take some supplements or something ;)

@Rosevandertol Flaxseeds are one of the best sources of Omega 3 and have about 7 grams of O3 for a 1/4 cup.
Walnuts have about 2.5 grams of Omega 3 in a 1 oz. serving (1/4 cup).
And, a 1/4 cup serving of either one only has ~200 calories. :)
