If I delete the updates and play offline with two profiles will it work?

@Idrinkyourmilkshake6 Like if you bought the game recently and made that character after the updates then No... but if bought the game like just say when it first came out and NO updates then Yes.

@LilRunt5 no but if i clear my cache in the dashboard that gets rid of all updates would it work cuz i don't want to do something that would end up hurting my game or something

@Idrinkyourmilkshake6 Well deleting updates and playing offline doesnt hurt it at all... Clearing your cache definently does not either because that just helps you by deleting unwanted updates or something along that line... Its always worth a try but what I was saying once if you bought the game just say 1 month ago and when you put it in you updated the game and then made a character it wouldn't work because the update stays with that save for some stupid reason.. you could always try still :)
