What patch is this from? You could either have target of target off or this is from pre-TBC where you couldn't see who the hostile is targetting.
And the damage is pretty low compared to nowadays, but I didn't play mage in TBC. But as far as I know, you couldn't get both PoM and Pyro in vanilla.
