Part 3 of 3
The video, "Stalking: Real Fear, Real Crime," is a training tape produced through the collaborative efforts of the National Center for Victims of Crime, Lifetime Television, and LMNO Productions.
This 18-minute training tape was inspired by the tragic death of Peggy Klinke. Ms. Klinke was stalked and murdered by her ex-boyfriend in January 2003. While the tape is designed primarily for use with law enforcement officers, it is an educational tool that can be used with a wide variety of audiences. The first segment of the tape portrays Peggy's story and illustrates the methods stalkers use to terrorize their victims and the dramatic effect of stalking on victims' lives. Retired Lieutenant Mark Wynn, nationally recognized stalking expert and law enforcement trainer, is featured in the second segment.

Stalking is a lethal crime. It affects more than one million women and nearly 400,000 men in America each year. Tragically, seventy-six percent of female homicide victims were also stalked in the year prior to their murder. More than half of these victims reported the stalking to police before being murdered. It is the hope of Peggy Klinke's family that this tape will give officers the information and tools they need to effectively intervene in stalking cases.

  • @louwalker100

The gun goes under the plane.

  • When I move on my own I'm buying a gun for self protection, the second a stalker enters your home, you're able to kill him and it's completely legal, stalking is a serious problem that's happening everywhere and the Police usually never do anything.

  • @TheCatwoman229 thank you i will.i cant trust the cops down here to protect me anyway they are on his side.

  • @crystalbratcher30ify do anything you can to protect yourself even if you have to buy a gun to protect yourself just do it! and be safe!

  • @louwalker100 not loaded guns, and checked in cargo haul

  • i had a time follow me around about a yr ago,my car was broken down and i had to ride the bus and one day he made small talk and from that day i would run in to him around my neihgborhood,at diffrent bus terminals and he would always try to talk to me.,i always walked away and would take diffrent bus routes to avoid him...i filed a police report and the next time i ran into him i went ghetto fab on his ass and told him to back the fuck off....and it worked...thank God..its an awful feeling!!!!

  • Well, how do you propose we transport them?

  • "The key is to keep the victim safe"!!!.... not in ____, TX. Just the opposite. When they find out you are being stalked, the victim is blamed, the perp(s) pay them off, they red flag the victim, and then the police/hospital/city, et. al. join in with the stalker(s) making it organized gang stalking. If the corrupt law enforcement (oxymoron) here ever got this video, guarantee it went straight to their trash. They think it's a joke! To Peggy Klinke: we know just how you felt. RIP...

  • @teewoods - "You better get your game if you plan to commit the perfect crime. Wear gloves and burn the clothes you wore when you shot the person."

    1. Also, get rid of the footwear you used when committing the crime, and shower completely, using shampoo for you hair, scrubbing the rest of your body clean, including fingernails, etc. 2. Establish a strong alibi, and ensure that the crime scene is not within the scope of surveillance cameras, security cameras, eye-witnesses, etc.

  • @and4money4 i agree with you and im a current stalking victim.
