u r right doc, many people do claim...but rafi's hair dressing saloon was in bhatti gate lahore, tahts for sure..whoever introduced him, he was a great voice for filmi ganay....as noor said ' allah ne ussay uss se zaeyada diya jitna wo janta tha'

The man is not saying he introduced him to the world as an unknown but that he helped Rafi Saheb in his early Bollywood days in simple and ernst ways that he could. So stop knocking him as he hasn't claimed anything too outlandish, the title of the video is misleading.

I understand what you said and agree with it too--but according to Ashraf Ali he did introduced Rafi Sahib to Zenat Begam and Nazir (He clearly mentioned that Rafi Sahib was known as an radio artist at that time!)--The people criticizing (not you) Ashraf Ali, should realize that he is not asking any thing from us in return,
