The cheapest way to defeat an AC: use the large missile arms, switch the firing mode to a 4-missile volley, and fire away. Well, not really. Make sure you have a good lock, THEN fire away.

Easiest way is using the bazooka arms. That or using quad-legs and equipping a laser blade, preferably Moonlight or LB4
