In this show I'm cooking on a little Island just off the coast of France called the Il de Re. The Island is well known for its Salt and i found another local ingrediet called salicorne which is a type of seaweed that is used in the local cuisine. In this show i make my French version of my Super Green Salad

  • I believe it was the seaweed he was talking about earlier. (:

  • who sang the song?

  • what was that item you chopped after the rosemary?

  • If I visited a French village such as the one you describe d I probably wouldn't leave. I'm actually not a huge fan of seaweed but everything else that you threw in there was superb! Another one I'm gonna have to try. Thanks!

  • ça a l'air délicieux! I love salicornes - especially plonking them on the top of salads for prettiness.

  • Going on a bit of an uploading spree, are we?
