@SlashyBhoy Well I didn't do my undergrad in a Uni but I did finish my Masters in UCC. Found the teaching was better in the IT as it happens. As regards me being a pretentious wanker, well I do wank. And I don't think I would be too far wrong in saying that you wank, lets face it, you don't get to meet many girls when you're sitting round picking fights with lads on the net.

You joking? The Irish court system is little more then a bunch of over zealous exclamations with the hope of churning some jurisprudence. I've literally seen Justices pass Judgements with statutes not even in place at the time. A lack of thought is the least of my worries. There is quite a difference between frivolity and infinte meaningfulness, point taken though. But seeing as you took the time to call Uni students and by extension myself a pussy I'd take the time to respond.

@Dunny5000 Oh well very good, I hope you don't say things like 'you're so thick' or 'how stupid are you' when debating, it shows a paucity of thought. I didn't say you couldn't interrogate it, I was questioning your need to. Just as you questioned my need to make the comment. I suppose I did wish to evoke a response, the appropriate response would have been to either laugh at it or ignore it. Do you not find it frivolous? Or is it infinitely meaningful to you? Fancy a pint?

Philosophy and Law. I didn't say your comment was frivolous. You inferred it by saying it was a throwaway comment. Comments do not need to be racist or venomously defamatory in order to be subject to interrogation. However it does look as though it is designed so as to evoke some level of response. Just because a comment is stupid or an attempt at something funny doesn't mean it should escape commentary.

What I said was in a vain of humour, you obviously take personal offence to it. It wasn't racist or venomously defamatory but yet you seem to want to read further into it. I'm afraid we're in an argumentative quagmire where neither party will receive a fulfilling response. It was in archaeology. What are you studying?
