This interview proves that even a bright, charismatic, thoughtful, intelligent, reasonable and caring talk show host can sometimes be in error. But I still ♥U

@apmil33 the way it works on the show is talk about the sport/ sport topics first then whatever cause they are trying to promote... Zo has been the only athlete on the show not to get that concept

I agree this interview is anything but infamous but what's reckless about informing the masses on kidney disease?
seems the guy has physical problems & he cares of others to help them w/ that same problem. where's the "reckless" in his message? Jim Rome (who can be a bona fide dick) didn't disagree & he even helped ZO get his message out;so please help me to figure out what's your point?

It's only considered infamous because Rome refuses to play on his show now even though the listeners keep requesting it.

Rome is my favorite, but I didn't find Alonzo's post that offensive at all. I thought he was being honest. I've listened for a long time, but I don't think it was a big deal? I was it was actually responsible for alonzo talking about younger kids, etc... I don't get it.
