On November 4th 2008, America created yet another milestone in it's long brutal and glorious history. Barack Obama became the 1st African American president. If at any other time in history, he would have been seen as less then a man, not due rights of a citizen. Now he is the leader of a nation where his ancestors would not have been able to vote. In this video, that past, pain and hope is shown. Politics aside, it was good to feel the fulfillment of millions of past generations, whose battles made this a possibility. It really was a beautiful day.
