Toxic by Nickel Creek

This is a music video comprised of images of the band Nickel Creek put to their cover of Britney Spears' song "Toxic".

I am a camera operator and video tech with a background in linear video editing. This is my first attempt at digital (non-linear) editing, for which I had no instruction.

The song "Toxic", as performed by Nickel Creek, appears to have several video clips taken from various concert performances, but all with poor audio quality and even poorer video quality. But what else can we expect from secret recordings of audience members on camera phones during a concert?

I found a decent audio recording of the entire song and I put together images taken from Flickr of the band performing in various venues (plus a couple that look like promo shots) in what I hope is an interesting music video for this song.

Chris Thile is one of my favorite vocalists... not a power house singer but his voice is very haunting... maybe not in this particular song, but in general... NICKEL CREEK ROCKS!!
