The lazy river need to go in a complete circuit and have stations. Rename a peep Jonny Watts to put the camera on them.

First your gonna need the Soaked! expansion pack, but you can buy RCT Platinum (which includes both expansion packs) for about 30 bucks at Target.

Once you have Soaked build a pool and it will be under the pool rides and slides section.

how do they get out? i can't solve this problem when i built one.

As long as you have stations they may get out but might not as with all transport rides. Its just a bug in the game, shouldnt affect your videos really.
