TVman1981, when you are taping the difference of a real and fake fast pass, I have to say is the pass on the left does look real except when I saw the middle part, I found out that is completely fake.

Muni is way to expensive. They are the second highest paid in the country and get undeserved benefits while robbing the city. Fares go up and service gets cut. I got a ticket because I was waiting half an hour on a weekday afternnon for my connecting M line. It doesn't even take that long to get to my destination. There were peititions to keep muni from ruining SF but I guess we all realize we can't because they can't break that contract made decades ago. Horrible drivers.

And how has all this affected the rush onboard buses/coaches passing through Chinese and Hispanic areas?

@rajnikantsharma: Everything I wrote about the Chinese applies to Hispanics where MUNI goes thru heavily Hispanic areas.

@rajnikantsharma: This "rush aboard without paying" has been going on for YEARS cause there was no one to stop them and thus no consequences. Then MUNI started placing fair inspectors in the Chinatown (and Chinese commercial areas) coach stops and thus huge amounts of tix handed out. The Chinese started "getting it" with the inspectors and the numbers of tix for failing to pay have plummetted.

@rajnikantsharma: actually more simpler than that: the coach stops in Chinatown and other Chinese-commerical areas have huge crowds waiting for the bus so when coach arrives driver MUST open all doors to get huge crowd onto bus otherwise driver falls well behind schedule trying to get huge crowd thru front door only. With the doors open the huge crowd rushes thru any door so as to get on coach before coach is too packed.

Not surprising. The reason that mostly Chinese and Hispanics get bus fines/tickets is probably the same reason why African Americans have higher rates of incarceration & longer sentencing in this country. I am sure Whites get off scott free or dirt cheap.

BTW, those folks were waiting to PAY their tickets, right?

What if all these "civil servants are really illuminatti democrats(they are-blue-bloods born into it) only- that and they are taking so much money w/ all these extra jobs...taxing the poor even more while they are the only ones w/ jobs and they keep getting richer.
