Unidentified Berkeley Police at Occupy Oakland

On October 25 as raid of Occuppy Oakland was going down, Berkeley cops with no badges stand with crowd dispersal weapons to keep observers away. Cops are required to have visible identification (penal code sec. 830.10). BPD officers are trained to put the least possible restratint on observers (Training Bulletin 91 1983)

She just set out to be a bitch to them, what does she expect? Of course they are going to get frustrated with her. They had orders to close the street at 5 am, seems pretty simple to me. They were very nice and answered her questions until she asked the same damn question over and over. Some people are just looking for trouble.
