great tutorial tom. i have been doing this since 2005 i love trigger point therapy. i find that it works best for hamstrings when the are not lengthened by doing it on the ground. best way i have found in sitting on a chair or bench/plyo box that can have your foot rest on the ground. this will keep the muscles loose . much more release can be felt i have found. two tennis balls wrapped tight together with athletic tape to resemble a peanut work wonders there and on all cylindrical muscle
