Bianca Nicholas's first love, in fact, was acting, at just five-years-old, she played the lead role in the Cannes Film Festival award-winning short film, 'Is it the design on the wrapper?' and in her early teens, she appeared alongside Johnny Depp in the Hollywood blockbuster, Sleepy Hollow. So, at 15, she did the natural thing... kicked the acting into touch! Determined to follow her true passion, which lied within the realms of the even more fickle business that is the music industry, she applied to the charity, Starlight Children's Foundation, who as Bianca has Cystic Fibrosis, granted her wish of recording her first demo in a London studio where she had her very first taste of what it would be like to be a real recording artist - and absolutely loved it!

Bianca has never looked back, and has since gone on to perform at a string of high-profile events for both Starlight and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, which has seen her duet with Will Young, Tour with Classical Brit winners 'Blake' and perform for Princes William and Harry as well as the Duchess of Cambridge. She also sang at the turning on of the Regent Street Christmas lights in 2011 where she performed her debut single "Hold On To Your Dreams" which was a top 100 single and number 1 on the iTunes Vocal Chart - a huge achievement for an unsigned artist.

Bianca is currently working on songs to record her first demo album, which she dreams will lead to getting a recording contract granting her ultimate wish of being a recording artist!

Bianca says:

"I always like to say that I have CF but it doesn't have me, I feel like it is really important to separate yourself from an illness, concentrate on being an individual, and live life to the full - I just feel like I was born to sing - It is all I've ever wanted to do with my life so it make it as a singer would not only mean the world to me, as it would any performer - but I also hope that by performing as much as possible while I am still well enough, I can help to inspire more children and other young people like myself to 'Hold On To Their Dreams' and achieve their goals in life no matter what they are facing - simply by doing the thing I love!"
