  • 300 g Strong flour

    10 gms gluten flour

    5 g salt

    5 ml olive oil (cold pressed- extra virgin is best)

    5 g sugar

    5 g dried yeast

    200 ml hot water

    Cumin seeds for sprinkling

  • This is much more like what i call turkish bread, although we prick the bread to prevent it from rising so much, its very nice.
