OK! when you do a cartoon, espessialy a so magical one there aren't 30 people who are drowing Ariel and 5 for the backraund... Haunders of people are working for each, pictureBut maybe when they are finishing the film without having other money someone has to do the "corecting"for only some pics so he just add shoes... i could come up with a bunch of "possible" reasons so lets just say the animators are stupid and leave it at that ^^
