Another old joke from the master.

The Black country joke is a traditional joke based around, and involving characters from, the West MIdlands (such as Dudley, Walsall, Rugeley, Sandwell Tettenhal and BIlston) and often involving the fictional characters Enoch and Eli - (pronounced Aynoch and Ayl-eye) or Rose, if a woman. The area became known as the black country during heavy industrialisation in the late19th Century, with the main industries being coal mining, coking and steel. This combined with expansion of the railways causing heavy pollution in the form of black smoke, staining much of the architecture. Hence the black country...I think. It has a very distinctive dialect which is often confused with Birmingham. These joke will probably be lost in this form at some point.

I set this channel up because my old dad is funny.

She said you luck a man of pluck

So come inside and have a sandwich
